Nima Razavi, M.Arch, MOAQ, is the founder and principal architect of the firm. With
more than twenty years of experience in architecture, design, and project
management, he brings a comprehensive understanding of the full building
process—from early feasibility studies to construction completion.
His background includes extensive work on commercial, industrial, and multi family
residential projects, where he has developed a reputation for thoughtful design,
technical precision, and strong coordination with clients, consultants, and
construction teams.
Over the years, he has led projects through all phases, including site analysis,
schematic and design development, building code review, preparation of construction
documents, permit applications, and on site construction administration. design.
Today, as the firm’s founder, Nima Razavi continues to guide each project with a
commitment to quality, innovation, and client focused design.
